Mark Timmons presented a paper at the Social Philosophy and Policy
Center meeting devoted to the topic of moral obligation, November 13-15,
Bowling Green State University. The paper, which he co-authored with Terry
Horgan is entitled: "Untying a Knot from the Inside: Reflections on the
'Paradox' of Supererogation."

Rachana Kamtekar (Associate Professor, Philosophy) presented a paper on psychology and education in Plato's Laws in a workshop on Ancient Moral Psychology at the Humboldt University, Berlin (6/7/08). She published an article, 'Plato on Art and Education' in The Oxford Handbook to Plato, which appeared in August 2008.
