Hello! My name's Megan Theesfeld and I advise for several undergraduate programs in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences (SBS). Before joining the team in SBS, I previously worked in academic advising, career services, orientation, and other areas of higher education. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and my Master of Education in Student Affairs from Marquette University. My main goal as an advisor is to help students define success for themselves and build an academic plan that fits within their goals (both during and beyond their college years). Being from Wisconsin, in my free time I love cheering for the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team. I also enjoy exploring Tucson’s hiking, coffee shops, and restaurants – recommendations are always accepted!
