I work in moral and political philosophy, broadly construed. Currently, I am interested in contemporary theories of political legitimacy, debates on the ethics of immigration and self-determination, and debates on the value of epistemic autonomy. I am also interested in the ethics of ambition. Before coming to Tucson, I completed an MPhil in Political Philosophy at the University of Oxford where I was a Felix scholar.
