Born and raised in colonial Hong Kong, Phoebe H. Y. Chan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in philosophy at the University of Arizona. Phoebe’s dissertation concerns moral psychology, freedom of agency and practical rationality. Phoebe has also received education at the University of Hong Kong, the University of Korea and the University of Utah.
