Graduating PhD Chris Howard winner of the 2017 Marc Sanders Prize in Metaethics

Congratulations to Chris Howard, graduating doctoral student in philosophy, who has received the 2017 Marc Sanders Prize in Metaethics for his paper "The Fundamentality Of Fit." The Marc Sanders Priza is an annual essay competition open to scholars who are within fifteen years of receiving a PhD or students currently enrolled in a graduate program. The award the prize is $10,000 and winning essays will be published in Oxford Studies in Metaethics. Chris will present his paper at the 12th Annual Wisconsin Metaethics Workshop held September 15-17, 2017 at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He will begin a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina in August.
